Yes, I’m still in Canada. Yes, it’s Fall. Yes, the frost is on the pumpkin. And pumpkin everything is everywhere. I love pumpkin and I’ve eyed the pies in the stores, the pumpkin lattes, and the yummy Lofthouse cookies.

I went to the store yesterday to buy some pumpkin to make a pumpkin cheesecake as requested for my coworker. Luckily I bought the last can on the shelf. I thought it was only an American craze(y). Interesting that Panama and Portugal have been the two places I’ve thought about retiring to. Is pumpkins big in Portugal Anita and Richard?
I saw pumpkin Oreos today in the grocery store in Canada. And in Panama we have a squash that we call pumpkin but it’s more like acorn squash.
