Ragged and rough are the two textures that come to mind when I look at the photos I’ve chosen to highlight this week. These two textures were man made at different points in Panama’s history.
The first, a close up of the wall of a house from Panama Viejo constructed in 1519:
The second a shot of a roof line under a house likely constructed around 1671 in Casco Viejo. Although many of the buildings have been restored and renovated there are still several that need some TLC and this is one of them:
