WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE: COLOR ~ In My World

For the photo challenge this week I took a look at my world.  I’m surrounded by colors every day.  I’ve divided my post into three sections:

• Warm colors including red, orange, and yellow, and variations of those three colors;
• Purple, which I have a great choice of in my wardrobe and in the garden, technically it doesn’t exist.  It’s a combination of red and blue, and takes on some attributes of both; and
• A miscellaneous section that includes different colors of beer at the Spousal Unit’s request, the various colors in my wardrobe and my collection of flip-flops that are essential for living in a neo tropical environment.

Colors of fire and of sunsets and sunrises.   Energizing, passionate, and positive. A little frog I found in one of my clothes pins one morning, the sunrise through one of our mango trees, and Boomer playing in my hammock are among these.

Purple, associated with royalty, creativity and imagination.

Colors of every hue, chroma, saturation, value, tone, shade and tint.  Green, beginnings and renewals; light blues, refreshing and friendly; dark blues; sadness; white, purity.  Bandit hiding under a blanket on our bed, my flippies and of course the Spousal Unit’s collection of beers of various colors from the beverage fridge.
